Bug Description
Current situation:
When user scrolls down the page, tab header remains in place
Desired solution:
When user scrolls down the page, tab header disappears (so more content is shown). When scrolling back up, tab header immediately returns into view.
[This is the same action that happens with Google Chrome on mobile devices. http://
