Bug Description
Current situation:
When user starts scrolling, weather forecast for the day is displayed in 3-hourly-block, eg 0300, 0600, 0900, etc...
Desired solution:
When user starts scrolling, it should display hourly forecast ie. 0100, 0200, 0300, etc...
