Bug Description

Current situation:
Calling (or returning a call) from Messaging Indicators go to Call Log (history) first before transitioning to live call screen.

Initiating a call from Messages or Contacts go to Call Log (history) first before transitioning to live call screen.

Desired solution:
Calling from Messaging Indicators/Contacts/Messages should go to live call screen straight away.

I think there is no way to fix this issue when dialer-app is already open in background.
dialer-app is sigstopped in background and when other apps request a new call, unity will bring it to foreground using a slide transition and then deliver the signal to start the call. By this time the previous open view (say call log view) in dialer-app was already shown to the user.
I am not sure how to change/fix this behavior.
