[address-book-app] Display of name in Contacts view needs padding

Current situation:
No padding for the display of name

Solution:
Refer to https://docs.google.com/a/canonical.com/file/d/0B-DUAjjJ5Rj6R2NxcW90MUMyOGs/edit to ensure there is padding/margin for the display of name. Refer to section: 3.0_Ubuntu_Contacts_Profile_Typical.jpg

I think it was fixed here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/address-book-app/+bug/1211712
I believe the padding was wrong because of the name being split into two lines.
