Bug Description
Currently if the user flicks through left edge to reveal the launcher, the result will be an activation of the switch to apps lens feature. This behaviour is destructive for users and is difficult to understand.
-------
Desired resolution:
- Move the dismissal threshold more towards right edge from what it is now.
- When doing the edge gesture and finger goes past the launcher, the application should start following the finger immediately but gradually from its zero position. Currently application's left edge snaps to the finger when passing the launcher. That is wrong. With this more gradual movement we minimize unnecessary and distracting movement happening on the screen.

Right now, apps are minimized when there is a swipe from the left edge which is longer than twice the width of the panel (which is roughly half of the screen on the phone - a bit less). The speed of the gesture does not matter.
How exactly should minimizing an app work? I don't think limiting the speed of that gesture is a good idea as for sure many people will do the minimize gesture even faster than the launcher revealing gesture (because distance is bigger).
Need more information what to do with this.
