[Indicators] Diagonal drag should not change the indicator

Bug Description
The top panel navigation is a bit problematic to navigate, while revealing the top panel one have to be really precise else the adjacent menu would open. So I think if the drag is diagonal it should not switch the indicator, only a horizontal drag should change the indicator.
