[Camera] need feedback when video recording stops

Currently it is very difficult to tell when you stop recording a video. The only indication that you've successfully stopped recording is the record button changes from pulsating red dot to solid red dot.

We should consider doing some sort of animiation and/or sound, similar to when taking a photo. The last frame could slide off the screen and we could play back a shutter or click sound.

The animation would be a bit tricky (the part of passing the last frame to the UI).
Sound is a bit tricky as well, as so far android plays all camera sounds. And they should be managed in one place.

the feedback in the new design is sufficient. button changes and the timer goes away
