Bug Description
When I click on 'settings' in the ubuntu-weather-app package in the current Ubuntu Touch build, I am asked if I want to "Use imperial units". No, I don't want to use "imperial" units, I want my temperature to be displayed in Fahrenheit. Nobody in the US, which is primarily where the Fahrenheit scale is still used, is going to have any idea what "imperial units" are. Please refer explicitly to Fahrenheit vs. Celsius.
Also, it would be nice if it could figure out to use Fahrenheit by default based on initial setup, but I suppose we don't have the "Meet Ubuntu" yet that would allow for setting that up. :)

'celsius' is metric units, and imperial 'fahrenheit'. More so in legality of measures than national usage, so the program/app has it correct.
The question is, shouldn't apps be looking centrally in the system for their local settings, and then give users override option. The next question is should the wording be made simpler/direct.
