Bug Description

The timer of the clock app allows you to set a predefined timer. This list should be editable, and the user should be able to add their own presets.

----------------------------------------------------------
This should be implemented as shown in the screenshot attached by Calum

To add a preset, swipe the bottom edge to bring in the toolbar and tap on "Add preset".

After manipulating the timer "face" and naming the timer (a default naming convention might simply be "Timer #" ) tap on done to see the timer added to your list of presets, and preselected. Tapping on "Start" moves to the timer face as shown here : http://design.canonical.com/2013/03/app-patterns-applied-clock-key-journeys/ under "Timer : set timer from a preset".

@Calum, is there a design to delete a preset?

@Nekhelesh, working on it now :-) It'll be very similar to editing the location list for the clock (consistency) if that helps any!
