Dialog does not appear to support anchorToKeyboard

Bug Description
When using a Dialog object, it is very easy for the OSK to cover elements in the Dialog. Even with the MainView setting anchorToKeyboard: true.
I ran into this when looking at the set-a-password Dialog in ubuntu-
Can we have it respect anchorToKeyboard please?
