[Header] Big titles does not get clipped

Setting a page title larger than the space available cause the text to get override by the header buttons or clipped without the correct elide.

The problem is worse when we have buttons on the right, the text and the buttons get mixed. I do not know what the designers expect but we should at least set the elide property correct.

This is quite visible in the Reminders app, for example, where we use the titles of notes (which can be long) as the header. Very often they just get cut off on the right.

Also, for any apps localized in languages where sentences are generally longer than in English this becomes very evident.
