Bug Description

See the attached test. The Button element embedded in the second Window appears without the background.

We hit this problem in the ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts project: there we have a process which opens multiple windows (one per each client request), and in all but the first one the buttons are nearly invisible.

Button uses UbuntuShape. Is this bug present for all UbuntuShapes or only for Buttons?

I noticed it on the buttons, but just because that's what I'm using in the UI; I believe that all items based on UbuntuShape are affected.
