[OptionSelectorDelegate] Provide access to Labels

When you're using an OptionSelectorDelegate, it could be nice to have access to the Labels for the text and subtext, to adjust their font, color, etc. The attached path provides two new properties, textLabel and subTextLabel, that give access to these two Labels.

The delegate is basically a list item, so I mark this bug as a duplicate to make tracking the issue easier.

Personally, #1348604 isn't enough -- I also need to adjust the font.family of the Labels. But it's completely reasonable that someone else may want to adjust the fontSize, elide, font.capitalization, style, textFormat, etc. Instead of playing whack-a-mole with all the individual properties one may want to adjust, wouldn't it be easier to expose the Labels themselves?
