Bug Description

The failing tests are:

    gallery_app.tests.test_album_view.TestAlbumView.test_album_view_open_photo(with mouse)
    gallery_app.tests.test_photos_view.TestPhotosView.test_open_photo(with mouse)
    notes_app.tests.test_create.TestCreate.test_note_expand_and_unexpand(with mouse)
    webbrowser_app.tests.test_addressbar_selection.TestAddressBarSelection.test_click_to_select(with mouse)

This is blocking the SDK stack from publishing and stacks that depend on it.

Autopilot log attached.

Bug #1218953 should handle the gallery-app part.

Marked SDK part incomplete since even though the change is in SDK, apps should change to it.
