The python package for autopilot tests doesn't follow pep8

According to pep8, "Python packages should also have short, all-lowercase names, although the use of underscores is discouraged.". The current name of the autopilot package is UbuntuUiToolkit. Instead, it should be ubuntuuitoolkit.
