[popover] Impossible to read ListItems inside a popover when using SuruDark theme

Bug Description
When using the SuruDark theme, the popover widget still gray and ListItems inside of the popover is difficult to read because the dark theme uses white font color for texts.

Ooops, it's a case we forgot to tackle. I don't know yet how to do it because ListItems right now assume they are laid out on the app's background. Somehow they need to become aware that they are laid out in an overly (Popover).
