Ambiance theme should be renamed to Suru

Bug Description

The default theme shipped with the SDK is named Ambiance, while in reality should be named Suru...

Both the notes-app and ubuntu-calculator-app rely on the Ubuntu.Components.Themes.Ambiance to be present. Let's rename in a backwards compatible way.

I do not think it makes sense to rename the theme in a backward compatible way. If we keep the old name for backward compatibility then it is not renaming.

It is possible to rename Ambience to Suru and create a new empty Ambience theme that has Suru as its parent theme.
