Bug Description

All tests should have a short description at the beginning of the file.

The description should contain following information:
 - which component/file is under test
 - a short (sentence) summary of the test.

where should this information be added?

In tst_components/tst*.qml ? I don't see the files there that are supposed to have the information already.
