Workspaces 'hot corner' behaviour is sometimes ignored

Bug Description
I use the workspaces category to set 'hot corners', which to begin with works fine. However, after a while, the behaviour is forgotten, despite still being selected in UT.
If I reselect the corner behaviour, it begins to function normally again.
