[Feature Request] Add an option to "add file types" at the File Type Manager

Bug Description

There are some file types that don't (seem to) appear in the File Type Manager. What is a bit strange is that for example the Qt .ts file (for translations) is listed as "message catalog".
It would be nice if, for example, one could drag a file to the File Type Manager and drop it there to add a user specific file type.

Thank you. Ubuntu Tweak is a great tool and I like it ;)
