This is Ubuntu 11.10, Ubuntu Tweak 0.5.14.

I noticed this again later after the (aggressive) bug tool had already sent off my report. Something happens -- I haven't figured out exactly what yet -- then every page gives me the same issue. My guess is that something doesn't load correctly and unhooks something important. I use Ubuntu Tweak relatively often though so if I find out more I'll annotate.

This isn't a security issue. I also doubt that this is unique to me.
