Cannot open compiz settings pane - it crashes on load

When I click on Compiz settings, the following message is displayed and a bug reporter opens up.

“当前模块在载入过程中遇到错误“

I am running Ubuntu Natty Beta 2 with the Ubuntu Tweak Stable Repo enabled.
