another ubuntu tweak crash - compiz settings dont work

ubuntu tweak crashed after system upgrade on 2-18-11; actually, only compiz settings in ubuntu tweak crashed, rest of program is OK; this has happened before...

Anyway, this same crash happened about a month ago.
