Accessed Compiz desktop settings in Ubuntu Tweak

I am trying to get Compiz set up on Maverick as I get errors in Docky that compositing is not enabled, when turned on in CCSM it does not seem to stay set so I was hoping Ubuntu tweak might work for the settings. I had just finished using the update manager side of UT when I tried to access the Compiz settings, which caused the error in UT.
