Bug Description

did all the updates i could & systematically removing unneeded programs but problem persists. Recent windows convert please make your application more understandable particularly in outlining what ppa's removal does & whether we really need certain ppa's or not. Please make more 64-bit friendly or customizable. Thank you.

As for the issue of constant hourglass, I suggest David Muniz that you create a separate bug report for that stating the details of the bug, how it can be reproduced and the versions of Ubuntu and Ubuntu Tweak where this error happened.
