Please try to remove the icon module then run Ubuntu Tweak again.

Run this command under terminal:

sudo rm /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/ubuntutweak/modules/icons.py*

Sorry, your hint does not solve the problem after removing
the icon module and restarting Ubuntu Tweak.
