I cannot "unblock" some functions: unexpected error

Bug Description
When I open the program in the application center musk or in source editor or in packages cleaner one and I try to unblock pushing the appropriate button a message appears informing an unexpected errors occurred.
An other error comes when opening access configurations and safety configurations.
Currently dist. : ubuntu 9.10
