Ubuntu Tweak installs old version of kupfer and no PPA

I just installed kupfer using Ubuntu Tweak. It turned out that it gave me a 1.x version of kupfer even though the PPA has version 2. I also had a look at my apt sources and it didn't look like Ubuntu Tweak had added the kupfer PPA at all. I ended up removing the package, add-apt-repository of the PPA at the command line, and reinstalled --> correct version.

 I installed kupfer from Ubuntu Tweak's PPA, the version is: Kupfer v200. What about yours?

OK let's try this again. The steps were:
- I had no references to the kupfer PPA on my system at all
- started Ubuntu Tweak
- in Application Centre, selected Desktop->Kupfer
- this installed kupfer 1.x, and did not add any PPA reference.

Afterwards, I ran add-apt-repository to add the kupfer PPA; removed the package that UT had given me; and then did aptitude install -> version 2.00

Hi andypiper, is this bug still an issue with the latest version of Ubuntu and Ubuntu Tweak? If yes, is it possible to reproduce it?

I think it's working now - although I just had to remove and reinstall everything... I'm now using Synapse rather than Kupfer and I'm on Maverick rather than Lucid as I was when I logged the issue, so it's a bit hard to say. I certainly seem to have a valid kupfer PPA in my sources.list.d now.
