Bug Description
When Ubuntu Tweak encounters a 404 Not Found while querying sources it hangs for about 3 minutes and then reports the error from Apt.
This does not make sense for an application that is supposed to make updating packages easier.
When a 404 is encountered, Ubuntu Tweak should immediately advise the user "you selected a source from the list of available sources, but the resource is not available, possibly because the source does not have packages for [ubuntu version]."
Then it should ask if the user wants to disable the source. Then, it should resume querying sources.
Hanging for 1 to 3 minutes and then dumping an error from Apt isn't acceptable.

When Ubuntu Tweak querying the sources, it call the "synaptic". Because synaptic doesn't return the result immediately, so Ubuntu Tweak hangs.
I will try to use the new apt-daemon to replace synaptic in the future.
