Icons overlapping in eeepc 701

Bug Description

After a fresh installation of Ubuntu Network Remix 9.10 on a pair of eeepc701, icons in the right part of the screen are well allineated. I installed Ubuntu Tweak, made a cleanup and went with icons overlapping, unable to click the ones in second layer.
Also, (left) icon of preferred (Preferiti) changed from a Star to an Heart.
Maybe UT kills some configuration file.

Could you upload a screenshot about your problem?
I've never used Remix version so I don't know what does it look like.

Please, see also bug #435805 in Ubuntu Netbook Remix Launcher.
I went with this problem after making a cleanup; maybe is NOT related to Ubuntu Tweak and is only a coincidence.
