Bug Description
After upgrading to Ubuntu 15.04 I have this nuisance:
Ubuntu Tweak keeps running in the background after quit, which means I have to kill it before I can open again during the same session.

As a temporary workaround I've begun using an Ubuntu Tweak launcher script with the following 2 commands:
killall ubuntu-tweak
ubuntu-tweak
I even use this for other "Actions" like this:
killall ubuntu-tweak
ubuntu-tweak -f admins
