Bug Description

Just did a clean install of Lubuntu 14.04 and installed Ubuntu Tweak 8.7. After an update, I went in to clean cruft and apparently Ubuntu Tweak is asking for individual password authoization for each package instead of blanket authorization for all. At least that is what I think - it keeps asking for authorization over and over again. I have 716 packages to remove, too many to keep repeating and find out.

Similar for me: I have a fresh install of ubuntu 14.04; and running ubuntu-tweaks 0.87 on it.
When selecting the janitor, it keeps asking and asking for passwords all the time.

Just figured: it seems that this is not a ubuntu or ubuntu-tweak problem. In my case; i had in stalled openssh-server earlier today. Since then, not only ubuntu-tweak kept asking about passwords; basically anything now wanted my password (mounting/unmounting USB stick, shutdown, ..). Just removed openssh-server ... and now things are back to normal.
