I am having almost the exact same issue with virtually identical setup
$ ubuntu-tweak compizconfig/ backends/ libgsettings. so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
compizconfig - Error: dlopen: /usr/lib/
compizconfig - Warning: unable to open backend gsettings, falling back to ini
compizconfig - Info: Backend : ini
compizconfig - Info: Integration : true
compizconfig - Info: Profile : Default
(ubuntu- tweak:1634) : Gtk-ERROR **: GtkBox child GtkTreeView minimum width: -1 < 0 for height 366
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)
I installed compizconfig- backend- gconf. After that I had this result:
~$ ubuntu-tweak
compizconfig - Info: Backend : gsettings
compizconfig - Info: Integration : true
compizconfig - Info: Profile : unity
(ubuntu- tweak:10874) : Gtk-ERROR **: GtkBox child GtkTreeView minimum width: -1 < 0 for height 366
