Bug Description

I just installed ubuntu-tweak and launched it under unity-2d.
After it, all my keyboard shortcuts was restored to defaults.

Before, I configured them with "System Settings" (gnome-control-center) in section Hardware->Keyboard->Shortcuts:
Windows->"Переключить состояние развернутости на весь экран": Ctrl+Super+Right
Windows->''Свернуть окно": Ctrl+Super+Left
Navigation->"Переключить приложение": Super+Tab
(Sorry: `export LANGUAGE="en"` does not switch labels fully to English.)

I don't know why, but under Unity 3D (default Ubuntu Unity) my keyboard shortcuts are in default state (even before launching ubuntu-tweak). I don't want to use compiz to configure keyboard shortcuts, because I want to use both Unity 2D and 3D.

The release of Ubuntu you are using
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
Release: 12.04

The version of the package you are using
ubuntu-tweak:
  Installed: 0.8.1-1~precise1
  Candidate: 0.8.1-1~precise1
  Version table:
 *** 0.8.1-1~precise1 0
        500 http://ppa.launchpad.net/tualatrix/ppa/ubuntu/ precise/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

P. S.: Is ubutntu-tweak for people who prefers always default shortcuts and always default (now) Ubuntu Unity 3D?

Btw, Unity 2D (which I am using) is in LTS Ubuntu 12.04 (which is currently supported):
$ apt-cache policy unity-2d

As I can understand it happens only after first launching of ubuntu-tweak 0.8.1 in Ubuntu System.

One month ago (when I didn't yet use any Unity, didn't yet upgrade my system from 10.10 Maverick to 12.04, and didn't yet change my keyboard shortcuts from defaults) I instaled ubuntu-tweak from ubuntu-tweak_0.5.8-1_all.deb and launched it, and used it.

Could you give a way to reproduce this issue?

You said it "happens only after first launching", so you mean if the next time you set the shortcuts, then launch Ubuntu Tweak, will it be set back again?

Ubuntu Tweak doesn't set the shortcut until user tell it to do, so I guess this may cause by Compiz or other things.

I restored shortcuts after Ubuntu Tweak (one by one in gnome-control-center). Next time I launched Ubuntu Tweak nothing happens with my shortcuts.
No, I didn't start compiz. I started only Ubuntu Tweak.

Really I don't know how reproduce it.
Maybe:
1) Install Ubuntu 10.10
2) launch Ubuntu Tweak 0.5.8 and close
3) upgrade to Ubuntu 12.04
4) change shortcuts from defaults in Ubuntu 2D.
5) launch Ubuntu 3D. new shortcuts will not work in Ubuntu 3D.
6) launch Ubuntu 2D. custom shortcuts will work.
7) launch Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.1. shortcuts will be restored to defaults (as I expects).
But it is too hard to do these manipulations =(

If Ubuntu Tweak will not touch my shortcuts anymore, this will not annoy me.
But I don't know what to expect from this program =)
