I can't register new account at http://ubuntu-tweak.com/

Here is the complete output I am getting:

The same thing has happened to me. It is EXTREMELY frustrating. I used to have u-tweak and used it often as it's a fine application, but my machine failed and now I'm using a new one -- and tweak is treating me like a criminal.

The message is exactly as above.
Any ideas of what can be done?
