It comes from:
plugins/unityshell/src/FilterAllButton.cpp: : FilterBasicButton(_("All"), NUX_FILE_LINE_PARAM)

Once bug #923762 is resolved, it will show up in LP as translatable.

Probably it's not translated in your locale? Because I can see this particular string in the pot files.
