Bug Description

When using Ubuntu in Dutch (NL), there is an untranslated string in users-admin:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/gnome-system-tools/+pots/gnome-system-tools/nl/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=can+change+anything+on+the+system

I checked out the code from Launchpad and found that this string is not in nl.po.

The translation is included in the langpack, I verified it with:
strings /usr/share/locale-langpack/nl/LC_MESSAGES/gnome-system-tools.mo | grep alles

This string seems to come from the conf.in file: ./src/users/user-profiles.conf.in

I found a somewhat relating bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-system-tools/+bug/543670
Not sure if this is a duplicate.

This comes from /etc/gnome-system-tools/user-profiles.conf which is an .ini file, and strings has to be merged into it at build time. So, we would need to export the translations and rebuild the package to get this fixed.
This is however a very understaffed area...

I'm not very experienced in packaging, but it sounds quite easy.

Maybe I can help with this?
