Please add information about the installed Inkscape version.
Also, since (apparently) Ubuntu tends to use different translations files than those bundled with Inkscape, please verify whether the problem affects Inkscape or the translations provided by Ubuntu.

I had a quick look through the Ubuntu translations for zh_CN. It looks like an Ubuntu-specific change has been made so I will close the upstream report.

Google Translate tells me that "粘贴"="Paste", so from my perspective as a non-Chinese speaker, I think I can see what has happened here!

@atomPM - Please could you let us know where you installed your copy of Inkscape from? Did you report this bug from a different computer?
