"Compose New Message" shortcut does not appear translated until Evolution is loaded

See the attached screenshot. The "Compose New Message" shortcut appears in English until Evolution has been started, after which point it appears correctly translated in the system's locale.

This seems to be similar to bug 540148, fixed in Lucid.

It seems that the latest full language pack fixed this.

I am so sorry, now I find out, that there is extra string in evolution package in LP, so I translated it and it works
