The bug is in langpack-o-matic... the code for splitting the zh langpack doesn't work for Lucid... :(

fixed in langpack-o-matic bzr. Needs manual langpack builds for Jaunty, Karmic and Lucid, to see if everything works correctly now. I will trigger the manual builds for Karmic, Lucid (full export) and Jaunty on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday respectively.
