Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity-
Due to the UI freeze exception request (bug 447383) being granted after NonLanguagePack
After speaking with pitti, I'd like to ask for an exception to NonLanguagePack
This would mean:
* Doing a final export of translations either before (21st) or after the RC (23rd), whatever works best for the release and installer teams, while still ensuring that translations are on the LiveCD
* Notifying ubuntu-translators about the new deadline (I would take care of that)
* Accepting an upload of ubiquity-
