Remove the Edubuntu POT template

It’s no longer relevant, and we shouldn’t be making translators waste time on strings that are never going to be used.

Good catch, Adolfo. And in addition to that, the package should stop generating the ubiquity-slideshow-edubuntu binary.

I pushed a commit which fixes the latter. But some member of the ubuntu-archive team needs to drop ubiquity-slideshow-edubuntu from impish.

And I disabled the translation template for impish, so it's no longer visible on Launchpad and won't be included at the next full update of the language packs.
