Title of the "Permissions" window not translated

Bug Description

It looks like that the title of the "Permissions" window of GNOME Software is not translated on Ubuntu 18.04. It should be translated as "Oprávnění" (same as the button name) in my (Czech) language, but its translation is not applied for some reason. See the attached screenshot.
