Bug Description

Xfce on Xubuntu 14.04 is missing a lot of german translations. The translation files seem to be either horribly outdated or incomplete. Here are some examples:
- entries like "Preferred Applications", "Orage preferences" and "Theme Configuration" in the xfce4-settings-manager are untranslated
- xfce4-screenshooter, light-locker-settings and orage are completely untranslated
- the xfwm settings panels are missing a lot of translations
- xfce4-terminal's settings dialog is missing a bunch of translations

Regarding available translations:
1. Xfwm settings, xfce4-screenshooter and xfce4-terminal settings are completely translated on Transifex.
2. Only orage is completely untranslated on Transifex as well, hence there might be no german translation available for now.
3. light-locker-settings is translated via Launchpad. I've added the german translations there.
