Bug Description

Many parts of "PulseAudio Volume Control" (those from "PulseAudio Volume Control", upstream: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/pavucontrol/ ) aren't translated into zh_TW (Chinese (Taiwan)). Only those from "PulseAudio" (upstream: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/pulseaudio/ ) are translated.

The translations are already done in upstream.

"PulseAudio" is translatable on launchpad (https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/trusty/+source/pulseaudio/+pots/pulseaudio), but not "PulseAudio Volume Control".
