New strings not available for translation

For U1 window being in English for 13.10 Live installer, see bug #1235192. The screenshot itself in this bug doesn't have any real info.

English strings in screenshot are present and marked for translation. Translations seem to be quite aged: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~canonical-isd-hackers/canonical-identity-provider/trunk/files/head:/po/django/ I'd actually remove the whole language link (https://login.ubuntu.com/set_language) if U1 site is meant to be used in English.

You can look for any additional strings and their location in files by running:
