Bug Description

When running a "Partial Upgrade", strings "Calculating the changes", "Reading cache" in update manager are not translated and are not marked as translatable in Launchpad.

These strings are not located in update-manager.

You can find them in the ubuntu-release-upgrader package

Thanks. These 2 strings are already translated in French since 07-2012 but it's not include in language-pack
