Broken URL for the System Settings app

The URL for the System Settings app was previously:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-system-settings/trunk/+pots/ubuntu-system-settings/XXX/+translate?show=untranslated
Where XXX is the language code (for instance fr for French).

The new URL is:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/wily/+source/ubuntu-system-settings/+pots/ubuntu-system-settings/XXX/+translate

Consequences:
- Redirection to "Error: Page not found" for languages for which the previous translation has not been completed to 100%, for instance:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-system-settings/trunk/+pots/ubuntu-system-settings/tzl/+translate?show=untranslated
- New strings available for translation not visible for all languages
