Provide adt-run log on failures to console

Bug Description
Currently, whenever there is a boottest failure, one has to go and click through the artifacts to find the adt-run log (under /results/log). After having done this a dozen times, I think it makes more sense to dump the log to the console output whenever there is a failure.
This was addressed, but the log doesn't always get included.
