Bug Description

I'm running Cinnamon on Ubuntu 18.03 x86_64 fully patched with `dist-upgrade`. I also use the `ubuntu-mono-dark` theme.

    $ cinnamon --version
    Cinnamon 3.6.7

    $ lsb_release -a
    No LSB modules are available.
    Distributor ID: Ubuntu
    Description: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
    Release: 18.04
    Codename: bionic

The issue is cosmetic. The bluetooth-disable icon is full color. In contrast, the sound-disable icon follows the theme.

Here are the instructions I followed to install Cinnamon: How to install Cinnamon desktop on Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic Beaver Linux, https://linuxconfig.org/how-to-install-cinnamon-desktop-on-ubuntu-18-04-bionic-beaver-linux.

Also see https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon/issues/9134. It has the icons displayed in the GitHub issue, which should save time downloading the images.
